1. How many voices can l clone?

Voice cloning is a paid feature. You can visit the purchase center to see the available voices across the 6 plans.
2. Can l delete a cloned voice to clone a new one?

No. once a cloned voice is deleted, a new one cannot be recreated.
3. How can l use my cloned voice?

After cloning a voice, you can access it in 'Text to Speech' > 'My Voice'. Select your cloned voice, input the text, and click 'Convert' to generate the text-to-speech."
4. Will my cloned voices disappear?

No, they won’t. If you don't manually delete your cloned voices, they will be permanently stored on TopMediai.
5. Where can l find my cloned voice?

Method 1: Visit ‘Voice Cloning’ > Click on “My Voice” in the upper right.

Method 2: Visit ‘Text to Speech’ > Click on “My Voice” in the top category.
6. How can l delete my cloned voice?

Sorry, currently, users cannot delete cloned voices themselves.（Please note that the number of clones in the above plans refers to how many voices a user can clone in a month. If the number of clones is not used this month, it will not be reserved for the next month.）

1. Which languages are supported in your voice cloning?

Currently, 28 languages are supported, including English, Japanese, Chinese, German, Hindi, French, Korean, Portuguese, Italian, Spanish, Indonesian, Dutch, Turkish, Filipino, Polish, Swedish, Bulgarian, Romanian, Arabic, Czech, Greek, Finnish, Croatian, Malay, Slovak, Danish, Tamil, Ukrainia.

1. How do l use voice cloning?

Visit TopMediai Voice Cloning > Choose a suitable method: Upload audio files or Read sample text.

Method 1. Upload your audio files > Click “Start Cloning.”

Method 2. Read sample text > Click “Start Cloning.”

After cloning, click “Use” to access your cloned voices!

If the cloning fails, please try again. Feel free to contact us if the issue persists.
2. If I choose the "Read sample text to clone my voice" option, do I have to read the sample text only?

No. They are only sample text, you can read what you want, but ensure clear pronunciation and minimal background noise.
3. What file formats does voice cloning support?

WAV, MP3, AAC, FLAC, AIFF, Opus, OGG, OGA, M4A.

2. Can l purchase more than 1 plan to accumulate cloned voices?

Yes. You can purchase more than 1 plan, and once purchased, the clone voices of your plans will take effect immediately. The available number of clone attempts will accumulate, but the validity period will not. Each plan independently lasts for 30 days. Please ensure usage within their respective validity periods.

e.g. I bought a Clone Basic plan on Sep 1, 2023, and bought a Clone Plus plan on Sep 10, 2023, so there are 2 clone voices available before Oct 1, 2023 and another 10 clone voices available before Oct 10, 2023.

I bought 2 Clone Basic plan on Sep 1, 2023, so there are 4 clone voices available before Oct 1, 2023.
3. Can I use my cloned voices after my cloning plan expires?

Sorry you can’t. Your cloned voices are usable only within the validity period of your cloning plan. They'll be permanently saved on TopMediai, and reactivation requires a new subscription.
4. Does your Voice Cloning have API?

Not yet. Coming soon.
5. At which point in time can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel at any time, and at the next billing cycle, your subscription won't renew, downgrading you to the free tier.
6. Can I cancel the subscription after purchase and how?

Yes, you can cancel it anytime. Read the guide here.
7. How long does it take to get my voice cloned?

You can get your own cloned voices quickly in just a few minutes using TopMediai Voice Cloning.

1. Why can't I see the product update?

For PC users: Press Ctrl+F5 to force a page refresh.

For Mobile users: Clear the cache in your phone or browser settings, then refresh the interface.
2. What devices and platforms does this product support?

It is compatible with all PC and mobile devices.
